La «Cuestión ártica» y el Derecho internacional

Abstract

The article analyses the local overlapping of territorial sovereignty claims in the Arctic Ocean within the context of global political overlapping of multiples international fora which deal with the arctic question without, on the contrary, responding to the State border logic. The analysis shall raise some conclusive reflections on this so classical question of international law –State territorial sovereignty– with a future which is executed in the present era of political globalization.
